Immersive Equine Assisted Therapy Retreat
Escape to the countryside and indulge in some much-needed self-care and restoration, be supported as you slow down to the rhythm of nature, the breath of the earth, the heartbeat of the trees, the mindful presence of the horses, be still and experience the reality of what it means to be alive. Combining a range of skills that will support you in reconnecting with yourself and the stillness within, where you may access the truth of your authentic self.
For those experiencing stress, anxiety and needing to take a break, this is the opportunity for you to work on your strength and resilience, soul growth and connection.
Combining equine and nature assisted somatic therapy, yoga, reiki, and mindfulness practices, you will leave feeling relaxed and restored. An online introduction and assessment are carried out beforehand and a follow up online session is provided to support the client’s process.

Supported equine connection with or without touch, nature connection with mindfulness and somatic awareness techniques, opportunities for team connection and support.
